  1. Whooping cranes? Have there been any sightings? I have spotted two very long necked, legged, birds flying toward lake making a deep warbling sound.

      I’ve forwarded you query to the Bruce Birding Club for an answer. But perhaps what you saw and heard were Sandhill Cranes.
